I’m in a bleh kind of mood. My go-to in a moment like this is to reach for sugar and alcohol, but I am trying to develop healthier habits, so today I reached for the events calendar at ColumbusMakesArt. Sure a little sugar binge will feel good in the short term, but then there is the dreaded crash. The arts elevate my mood without the crash. The arts are full of flavor but also keto, paleo and whole30 friendly as well as vegan and gluten free. Sure they can be addictive, but it’s a healthy addiction. So here is how I am elevating my mood this week.
