"Balance is a word that I’m just now understanding as an artist. From working a full-time job, being a husband, looking after my mother with dementia to guiding my little brother down the right path, it seems as though I have little to no time to create. But in contrast I have to make time to create. To me, painting is therapy. This is when I’m most free and can express myself to the fullest. Attending one of the best art colleges in the world, I made a promise to myself to never forget the work ethic and tools I learned along the way. Whether it’s oil painting, graphic design or now creating abstract art, I think every time I sit in front of a canvas to paint or computer to design, I need to give 100 percent of who I am. Not only as an individual but as an artist who’s looking to impact the world with his work."
