LaBlast® is a 45-minute follow-along dance party! All levels of dancers and non-dancers will enjoy this class while experiencing basic rhythms of popular ballroom and Latin dances. If you already dance, this class is great cross-training to prepare you to enjoy hours of social or competitive dancing.
Wear cross-training or dance sneakers for the best experience. The first fitness class is free!
