A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night

Aug 27, 2022

Presented by Wexner Center for the Arts
A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night

The Wex welcomes students back with this intriguingly gritty and dreamlike Iranian vampire film that unfolds in the perpetual night of Bad City, where "the Girl" searches—sometimes on a skateboard—for her next meal.

Feeding only on "bad men" in this fictional oil town, the Girl's (Sheila Vand) solitary routine is disrupted when she encounters Arash (Arash Marandi), a man who seems…not so bad?

Copresented with Ohio State student group Cinéseries and free for students with valid ID.
