Located in Franklinton, we are the 400th block of both Rich & Town St, home to 400 West Rich, Strongwater, The Vanderelli Room, and Chromedge Studios. We are the pioneers; we are the creators in this space. Most importantly, we are a collective of businesses in the heart of Franklinton with a like-minded goal of providing and sustaining a thriving hub for creatives. We grow and support the community around us with education and resources, and foster entertainment opportunities in our area.
