Friends of the DCDL (Delaware County District Library)

The Friends of DCDL is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) membership organization that supports all 4 branches of the Delaware County District Library through financial contributions to the library's programs, services, and the presentation of unique literary events. Our most frequent events are Bargain Book Fairs. At these events, the Friends of DCDL offer thousands of gently used books, movies and more for Friends members and the general public to explore. To acquire a pile of marvelous materials, attendees are asked to make a donation to the Friends, which will in turn be donated to the library to support future programs and events. Members only may attend Friday preview nights and the public is welcome for the rest of the BBF. The Friends of DCDL also offer author visits and other events to support the mission of "Building a Literary Community".
