Fiction / Non-fiction
I am a woman who has been writing for a great many years. First for healing and then to consider publishing. The concept of journaling and affirmations, yoga, holistic thinking, metaphysics, these were not a fashion statement when I began to step in. We didn't wear special clothes or have chat rooms and Facebook accounts to show off and get attention. What is important to me is having integrity with yourself and those around you.

When the Internet began, I wrote on a forum for survivors of domestic violence. I was becomming a therapist at the time and so now I am in private practice. My early works were ficton and recently I wrote a non-fiction as well as putting together a guided meditation CD for survivors of Nacissistic parents. You can see a theme here in my life, using personal experience and self-growth to help others.

When I lived out west, I was very involved as a member of the California Writer's Club. I held two elected board positions: Secretary and then Vice-President. I have in the past ran a critique group for fiction writers and hosted an Open Mic.

Here in Ohio, I run my business, work on my 1928 Tudor and tend to the business of being a grandmother.

The Uprisers: A Hungarian Historical Fiction
After eleven years of brutal communist leadership, a young girl and her brother join a grass roots campaign to end oppression in Hungary. One will perish and the other will make it safely to America, where they will learn what freedom really means.

Little Girls Should Ride Ponies

Isabel tells her own story of how her family was ripped apart by incest, depression, and alcoholism. Her 3 younger sisters struggle to deal with what they did, or did not witness as children. Dominique, a womanizer, is suspected of murdering child molesters. Jeanne is a “born-again” who accepts salvation to blind herself to the realities of her sister's lives. Camille is a famous psychic..

The Child Of the Narcissist: Guided Meditations for Healing
This is a series of guided meditations. This is for adults who have survived an emotionally abusive parent growing up. (I am a psychotherapist as well and work with survivors in my practice). This CD was produced locally by Lundquistaudio.com
