With their debut album, True Love is a Dog, Weird Brother crystallizes what began as a chance encounter and evolved into a sonic celebration of change, challenges and camaraderie. TLIAD journeys through 11 songs of rhythmic and stylistic versatility, pushing boundaries while pulling from decades of cultural and musical influence. 

Weird Brother’s five members juggle keys, sax, drums, bass, electric and acoustic guitars, and a barrage of percussive toys that bring to life singer/guitarist Drew Clausen’s musings about new beginnings, finding your happiness and accepting yourself.
