Crop Failure

Crop Failure began her artistic career in 2019 as a shadowcast actor with The Fishnet Mafia in their monthly performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Studio 35. She has performed as Trixie, Eddie, Riff Raff, and Rocky, but her favorite character to portray is Columbia. In 2022, Crop Failure became an Assistant Director for The Fishnet Mafia. 

In 2021, Crop Failure began performing burlesque with The Sex Kitten Purrlesque burlesque troupe at their home bar Bossy Grrls Pinup Joint. In 2022, she became a Director for The Sex Kitten Purrlesque. In 2022, Crop Failure also formed the Trash Kitten Trio with friends Cora Mandragora and Dottie Day. In October of that year, the trio landed their first booking in St. Louis. When not performing, Crop Failure can also frequently be seen running sound or kittening... and now, dipping her toes into the waters of producing.

Crop Failure pulls inspiration from horror and the morose. She believes there is beauty in the darker aspects of life, and she takes pride in making art that people can connect with on a deeper level.
