Cultural Wall Music Festival

The Cultural Wall Music Festival will be held Saturday July 14th from 1pm-9pm and Sunday 15th from 2pm-7:30 pm 2018. Those taking part in this street Festival event will be drawn to the live entertainment, the abundance of delicious food options and the opportunity to experience the richness of pride that exists in these communities. The Festival's admission will be free. All proceeds from the Festival will benefit Making A Difference, Inc., a nonprofit housed in the King/Lincoln District that purchases and provides school supplies and, addresses health issues in the King Lincoln district.  

The Cultural Wall Music Festival will focus on the history of the thriving small businesses and rich cultures in the King-Lincoln District and Discovery Districts. We will be celebrating the recent restoration of the Long Street bridge project and looking forward to the revitalization and new development opportunities projected in the years to come in the area. We will honor past and present community leaders. This two day event will feature live music provided by Mo Jo Flow, Jazz Patrol 2.0, Urban Jazz Coalition, Milton Ruffin, The Four Mints and guest artist. Also included at the event will be health and wellness screenings, as well as small business seminars on Friday, July 13.
