Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club
The Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club is a membership organization that serves as a regional hub for advancing careers, community, conversations and culture across central Ohio. We seek to be a true representation of the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, philanthropists, artists and movers & shakers across the Columbus region.
Since 2005, the CYP Club has led the charge for young professional programming and impact throughout Columbus (and across the U.S.). We host events that welcome nearly 40,000 people each year. We have connected thousands of people in Columbus through social & career opportunities.
Included among our exciting events and initiatives are: Columbus Impact Academy, The Grandview Hop, CityPulse Columbus, Columbus Volunteer Expo, Women of Inspiration Summit Experience (WISE), The Executive Luncheon and more. The CYP Club is led by a team of 12 staff members and nearly 100 volunteers.
How We Give Back
Since our inception, we have donated more than $650,000 to local charities raised through our philanthropic events and each year we host the Columbus Volunteer Expo, welcoming hundreds of young professionals to connect with dozens of local nonprofits. For the past two years we have been recognized by Columbus Business First as part of their Corporate Citizenship Awards. The CYP Club was ranked among the most generous in Central Ohio by Columbus Business First, having donated $328,800 in-kind to local causes in 2021.
Where We Are Going
Our organization is also evolving as we continue to grow with and for our community. As an entrepreneurial endeavor, the CYP Club has developed additional initiatives in the areas of workforce development, community festivals, city guide publishing, and expansion to other markets.
