Interdisciplinary artist Dana Michel takes over the galleries to perform a critique of the work environment, transforming daily actions into choreographic experiments.
Michel’s artistic approach questions modes of existence with humor and depth. For MIKE, she started with a question: if we cannot be ourselves at work, where we spend most of our lives—what kind of lives are we living? During a 3 hour performance in the open space of the Wex galleries, she retraces the aesthetics of a day’s work.
